This may be the wrong forum, but has anyone purchased real estate in Portugal as an investment, particularly in the Algarve region? Looking for advice on cities/locations, costs, rents, and taxes. Also looking for recommendations on real estate agents, lenders, etc. (I'm looking at visiting this year and would like to see some properties). I'm interested in the "golden visa" using real estate as the investment vehicle.
