Seller Financing on 4-Unit

Good morning.

New to BiggerPockets Pro membership (but not at all to BiggerPockets), so please take it easy on me if the information I'm requesting is already readily available. :-)

I am interested in purchasing a 4-unit apartment building that appears to be a good deal... but due to the way FHA handles student loans and the fact that my credit score is not quite good enough for a conventional loan, I feel like seller financing might be the way to move forward. My questions is, can anyone recommend a lawyer in the Chicago area (preferably the south suburbs) that would be familiar with seller financing and could help me structure the deal?

Thanks in advance!
