Property without appliances
A property I’m going for has no appliances. Anything I can do to negotiate that or get money from the seller to get appliances?

You can ask for a concession but it will likely be difficult for a seller to understand why you wouldn’t have factored that into the offer you already made. It could be seen as negotiating in bad faith with your initial offer.
