Hello BP! A neighbor of my grandmothers recently passed away. I’m told that the family is willing to quick sell the property under market value. I really need some advice on how to navigate this situation because I’m very interested in the property & I think I can provide a win, win for everyone involved. Seeing how I’m early into my investment career. The capital from this deal can really propel me through to my next few deals. How should I approach the family without sounding inconsiderate? What have you done in this situation?
