CSX railroad right of way on property

Looking at a house in Tennessee to purchase as my primary residence. It is across the street from railroad tracks, and on the survey I noticed that there is a railroad right of way that runs through the middle of the property. Anyone run across this before? If so, what does it mean? Thanks
