Investment - SF with solar panels - home insurance
Hello BP,
Looking into buying a SF around $215k in Riverview. Comes with solar panels. Any idea on what home insurance will be for the added panels? Also, there is an annual tax assessment of $1500 until the current owner finishes paying off remaining balance of solar panels. I would negotiate for him to pay off panels before buying. Otherwise, taxes will be too high for it to be a worthwhile deal.
Thanks for any insight.
