Hello, I am interested in utilizing the BRRRR method for my first rental property. My market is Houston, TX. Does anybody have feedback about the effectiveness of this strategy in today's strong sellers market? Should I consider waiting for the buyers market? I am also open to hardmoney lenders connecting with me so that we can discuss potential business for future investments. THANKS EVERYBODY!
