Hello, I am interested in utilizing the BRRRR method for my first rental property. My market is Houston, TX. Does anybody have feedback about the effectiveness of this strategy in today's strong sellers market? Should I consider waiting for the buyers market? I am also open to hardmoney lenders connecting with me so that we can discuss potential business for future investments. THANKS EVERYBODY!

I am a beginner investor in Houston, Texas. I am trying to gain experience and knowledge in the real estate world. I've read a lot of material and researched information, however, I need to take the next step and get involved. Could anybody refer me to any way I can get involved? Any recommended groups, people, or events? Or am I starting at the wrong place? Any help is appreciated!
