Best Cities to invest in Airbnb/Vrbo under $250k

Hello All,

What are the best cities to invest in STR under $250k? And also the cities with least restrictions. I travel for my work and like to have 2 to 3 STRs so I can just live there when I need and the rent it out when I am not. Gives a lot of flexibility. I am looking for SFH only no HOA. I was so far thinking New Orleans, Oklahoma City for that Price Range.
