Questions about a purchase

Hi all! Really just getting started here, and looking for a little direction. Specifically, found a home that I think is a good deal and maybe eventually a good sell opportunity - with a little TLC of course.  Any recommendations in the Austin area of who might be able to point me in a good direction re: the potential unlocked value of a property?! I have some ideas, but not a lot of first-hand experience yet to have any confidence in this.
