Best way to proceed w/SFH private sale (i.e. no agents involved)

A tenant approached us, asking if we'd be willing to sell the house he is currently renting.  While we haven't made any decisions yet, it's tempting.  Question is - if we move forward, how do we proceed with no real estate agents involved?  Do I just call a Title Company and work with them as we would for any other closing?  Does he still need an agent to formally provide the purchase contract? (standard state residential purchase contracts are available online)

I've done FSBO before, but it was a long time ago and there were attorneys involved so I wasn't too concerned with these details!
