problem with posting Zillow FSBO

I tried listing my house for sale FSBO on Zillow 2 days ago and haven't received their automated verification call that was supposed to come within a few minutes. Today I tried posting the ad again, and got the same screen saying the call should come in a few minutes, but nothing. Zillow also says it may take 3 days before the ad goes up. I wonder (hope) that maybe since I've already used Zillow to rent out other houses, that maybe they're just skipping the automated call--- that I'm already in the system and my ad will go live soon? Anyone else experience this and have advice for what to do?

Same thing is happening to me. I have used Zillow three times with FSBO properties through the last 3 years. The verification call usually happened within 24 hours. The listing then went live later that same day. This time I submitted the FSBO on March 31, 2021. Nothing. I submitted it again yesterday, April 3, 2021 and had the same result you did. It went through the same process and prompted the "it could take up to 72 hours after our call before you see your listing live". On another site I am seeing the same complaints. People are stating they have been waiting over 7 days or longer (all late March 2021 complaints). I am hoping that this isn't a result of Zillow becoming their own brokerage this year. They may not be as anxious to post FSBO as much as they just want to buy them outright for cheap. I really hope this isn't what's happening. Please post if your listing finally goes live.
