Seller has "Buyers to rent property to current tenants" term
I am buying an investment property and there is already a tenant on a month-to-month lease in the property. The Seller has the following in the agreement while I am buying the property "Buyers to rent property to current tenants with rent to become $xxx per month after one month of closing and a new lease agreement". Can the seller force me (the buyer) to use the same tenant? I as a buyer can give a 30 day notice to tenant once I close?
