Hi Guys,

I am doing my first run of mailers to houses and was hoping you guys could help me with design ideas and share your templates for success!

I was thinking about going "We have buyers looking in your neighborhood" or "Sell your home or I will buy it myself"

I am a real estate broker trying to find homes for my buyers and I am doing another campaign targeting flip opportunities in OC

What has worked well for you. Please help me not waist a bunch of money.
