Hey everyone! I am newer to this forum and looking to buy my first property in California. I currently live in the Bay Area looking to find my first deal and utilize it as a house hack. Being from the Bay Area, there are not many options within my price range located in the market I am interested in. I've dove into podcast and doing as much research as I can to hit the ground running.
