Question about quickbooks for our vacation rental business

Hi.  We manage vacation rental properties for private property owners.  We have 10 right now.  We have our own website and reservation software and use Stripe to process payments.  Our accounting system is an Excel spreadsheet, and we'd like to purchase accounting software.  We're looking at Quickbooks Online Plus.  Does anyone have any experience similiar to ours and could offer any advice, feedback, etc on what works, or doesn't work, for them? If so we appreciate hearing.  Thank you.
