House in previous fire damage

Hi BP's

I was offered to buy a house that has fire damage caused by electrical panel, does anyone knows if houses with fire damage need to have special inspection after is repaired or fixed up? in order for refinance or sell it up? Or if it would be records on title that the house was on fire?
I am looking to buy this house for buy and hold (BRRRR), cash offer, and this in Texas

Thanks for any advise!

Sal
