HELP- Assist Contract For Deed (CFD)

Hi, seeking a lawyer & title company to prep/arrange a CFD. I have arranged for a seller financed home purchase in Saint Louis, MO. We agreed on bringing 20% cash down, and pay 18 monthly payment-installments until we balloon payment. Does anyone know of a Title company (preferably with in-house lawyer) with this skillset? Thanks.
