Landlording in the age of Covid/Biden. Suggestions.
I'm just now getting in real estate, and am a bit apprehensive due to all of the eviction regulations and covid rules during the Biden administration. Politics aside, I'm wondering what suggestions people have to reduce exposure to nonpaying tenants. Also, any other suggestions that may eliminate future problems with all of the low income unemployment and other changes seen in the past 18 months.
