Buying someone's half of a property.

Hello! I am a newbie investor and looking for some advice.

My husbands Grandpa and Uncle built a duplex in the 80's which is currently in both their names (fully paid off). We have been offered to purchase the uncles half of the property.  When it comes to the finances, do you have any suggestions on what our options would be to purchase their half?

Thank you so much!
