8-Unit Property in South Florida
Hello everyone,
I have had a property listed For Sale by Owner on Zillow for some time now. I have received a few offers that have been nothing but low balls. I know what my property is worth and the potential it has. Does anyone have any tips or ideas as to what I can do to get this property some more offers that might be worth the time?
