How would you write up this offer?
Hello BP Family!
Any suggestions on writing up my offer to accommodate the sellers situation?
This town home was listed on the market, but then removed due to tenants refusing to cooperate with the showings. The land lord is working on removing the tenant for breaking the lease. Listing agent mentioned that they filed a 3 day, and if that won't work then they shall get the sheriff involved which should take up to 4 weeks to remove the tenant
Listing agent is saying that the seller is open to any offers at this point and wouldn't mind not dealing with the mess after the tenant is out.
How would you write up an offer to where you don't inherit a tenant. But you only inherit the problem property in question?
I would like to acquire this property off market and solve the land lords problem.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
