Diving into Reno/Sparks Multifamilies

Hey BP community! Novice/aspirational investor here interested in learning more about the Reno/Sparks commercial multifamily landscape. Any recommendations on how to jump in and get a quick lay of the land and understand the different neighborhoods/markets. I figure I need to understand more about the market and what types of properties are doing best where to form a clearer picture about what my investment strategy might be. Any guidance/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
