Fabulous Triplex with Improper Permitting :(
Hello all! I recently came across a great triplex in my area that I'd like to house hack. Before putting in an offer yesterday, we found out that it was originally a SFH that the owner added two additional units to. Units B and C do not have permits. Does anyone know how much this may cost to get straight with the county? Should I just subtract that from my offer?? Anything helps, thank you!!
