Title and Survey - skipped in a purchase transaction
A broker I am working with asked if I would get Title and Survey in BRRRR properties that I would pay for with cash.
I said why yes, I will not buy without a survey and title work. I then asked if he has buyers who pass on survey's and title work.
He said that some investor do skip title and survey.
Why would someone skip on title and survey in a purchase?
