Thoughts on current and future status of CA market.

Curious to hear thoughts on the future of the real estate market in CA.  Relocated here a few weeks prior to pandemic and have seen the mass exodus to places like Texas.  How will this impact markets like SF as far as projected property value?  Would current calculations on futures still hold true or are you accounting for a certain offset?

As an incoming investor is CA too overpriced for the current state of the market?

Any food for thought is appreciated!
