Closing Costs on Aution.com

Hi,
I bought a REO property on Aution.com. They also did'nt allow us to have an agent. Today, the seller's closing agent asked us to pay an amount of $917 for their fee "other than the title and closing fees". Here is the email I got from them:

( GXXXX's closing coordination fee is $750, prelim search fee is $112, and contract generation fee is $55. These are buyer fees to be paid at closing. No title is provided with the Auction.com file, you can order your own title. The title and closing fees are your responsibility.)

I think these fee are a bit high. Does anyone know about the fees or have experience with them? Thank you for your advice.
