Driving for Dollars Strategy

Good Afternoon All!

Was looking to get some feedback on my driving for dollar strategy that I am currently using as a new investor and Realtor.

Since I am a licensed realtor and have MLS access I do not need to utilize driving for dollars in order to build a list. What I am currently doing is driving for dollars in the towns I am serving in order to get a better makeup of the towns and what they have to offer as far as properties. I am also using this as a reference for myself to figure out which specific areas I want to buy in and potential opportunities.

I am currently breaking down each town into sections based on the makeup of the town in Neighboorhood Scout.

Any feedback on this strategy and things that I should/should not be doing would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
