Multifamily construction commission
Just curious if any of you had experience paying a realtor for bringing together a construction deal. Basically I have a builder who is looking at land to build on and is giving us the opportunity to bring an investor to the table. The investor wants to hold the buildings and the investor is someone I have worked with in the past. Obviously I want to get paid for bringing the two together so any ideas of how you would work a commission in on the deal when nothing is actually being sold.
