1031 Exchange - Massachusetts/Connecticut

I am working with an investor who needs to do a 1031 exchange in Massachusetts. He is looking for a large apartment complex (ideally 100+ units) in the $7 Million Dollar range. Ideal location would be Worcester but he is open to Boston and parts of Connecticut, as well. Would like to close by Summer. His current portfolio is under agreement.
