Hey I just joined after being recommended this podcast. I’ve been digging into real estate and trying to learn more. I went back to the beginning of 2020 and started listening from there. Episode 364 the lady said she became an agent to manage her own properties. Is becoming a real estate agent something that would be beneficial or no? Do you have to have a company to work for or can you just do it on your own?
