10% Down Duplex Investment Buy & Hold Loan?

Hello! Can someone please help out with finding a lender offering a 10% or 15% down payment loan for a profitable duplex investment? It is a simple buy and hold deal. I have experience managing and maintaining 6 other units in the same city, I just don't have enough capital for the standard 20/25% at the moment.

Please, share any potential lenders you know of that can help here. Thank you!
