Delinquent Property Taxes

Greetings BP family. I have been informed that delinquent tax properties are public record on each state's website. However when perusing the various county sites, I notice the information is not that simple to find. Also when contacting the specific counties via email to inquire, they tend to give me the runaround. Anyone having that issue? If so, are their any other options to locate that info? I thank anyone in advance for their positive feedback and great information.
