Analyze Deal In Hot Market
Hi there,
I have a couple rental properties and am looking to scale up. With markets hot and the pandemic the numbers aren't where I am used to seeing them.
There is a deal on the market that will give a 6% COC return as is, long term tenants. Once units become vacant, rents can be increased to current market value which will make this a good investment (19.7% COC). Would you fellow investors pull the trigger on a deal like this or pass.
Thanks,
Joe
