Need help in Understanding Land
Hi,
I am interested in buying a property with bigger lands. The house has 2 acre of land that is coded TRACK FUTURE. It is in Oregon now. I see from other properties that city (Washington County in Oregon) has the following codes for land.
Is TRACK FUTURE a buildable land? Is this something I can subdivide and build new properties (single home or multifamily) there? Do I need to hire an attorney for doing more research on it or asking City Planning division should be enough to get all info needed? I am fully new to this land purchase so your suggestion or recommendation would be highly appreciated.
