How to find Joint Venture cash partner?
Hello expert:
I have developed a deal finder system to look for deals, all the deals are under market value, for example, I purchased one property at 1.2M last year, and there are multiple buyers want to offer us 1.6M; another one purchased at $800,000, it worth $1100000 after spending $100,000 renovation, with this big increase, one cause is the interest rate is super low, another cause is the rent is very high. However, I cannot buy more on my own, but would like to share my knowledge and time to help my cash partner to be successful, I am still new to Joint Venture, and wonder where to find the cash partner and what's the shares should be divided between me and my cash partner?
In addition, where I can find the script to teach me how to negotiate with my cash partner if I want the cash partner get the mortgage and the down payment?
Please advise,
Thanks,
