Built a house and sold it a year after (Taxes)
Hi,
I finished my first spec house last year and sold it this year and I would like to carry over all the expenses and profit to the 2021 taxes.
I will be filling out an schedule C and a 1040 form but I don't know exactly how to include all the expenses for next year's taxes (2021). I don't want to include any of this on the 2020 taxes.
This is under a LLC.
I already sent out all the 1099-NECs and 1096 to the IRS
I appreciate any guidance on this matter.
Thanks a lot.
