Why investors may NOT want to hold a Real Estate license?

Hey prosperous BP crowd!

I believe this poll to be mostly addressed toward investors who obtained their RE license but later regretted it from a perspective as an investor due to restrictions it imposed (whatever they might be- legal, monetary, complexity etc.) As you can imagine I am now on crossroads to decide whether to enrol on a RE course or better hold off should my objective for future would be more aligned with buy to hold, flip, options or BRRRR investing? Any tips, past stories and experiences will help and be appreciated a mil!
