Investors/owners looking to sell their portfolio of single family

Hi all, I'm representing a hedge fund that wants to buy larger portfolios of single family properties, anywhere from 10-50 homes in each portfolio.  Besides networking with property managers or other real estate agents, does anyone have any advice on where to find investors/owners that may be willing to sell?
