What to do when the home is owned by an llc?
I was driving for dollars and I saw a home that looked neglected. I searched it and found the llc as well as the llc mailing address. Should I bother sending a letter to the house address or just send it straight to the address the llc is under?

You should always send to the mailing address of the owner, not the property address. Only exception is if the property address is also the mailing address.
