Seller financing on vacant land Arizona
I just received an offer for my vacant land in AZ. The offer is full price but a low down payment asking for seller financing with a balloon after 6 months. I knew I would probably have to do seller financing, but I'm going to counter and ask for more down. Any pitfalls I should watch out for? Never having done seller financing, I'm a bit uneasy.
