So wait I was ahead of Grant Cardone, and I'm better looking! What a day to be alive! haha Seriously though eXp has great people and is where agents can be successful together. I am disappointed so many people are getting "hit up" by eXp agents. I've not tried to convince one of my agent friends. I figure if they want to know why I am with eXp they will ask. Yes there is money to be made in having people under you, but that should not be the goal IMO. The goal is showing people a brokerage where they can run their business however they want, with a business model that benefits them when they do well. It's win/win in addition to providing better than average tools to manage your business. Oh gee that turned into a sales pitch quick. I love Grant's energy and he is right when you do something just give it your best, do it with excellence and the rest is in the details.
