School Dsitrict & City Confusion

Me and my wife had been looking at houses in City A. City A has really good school district and couple days ago we saw a new listing that we liked that has an address in City A. We went over to take a look at it, but when we got to the street, we saw the street sign that of City B. City B has ok-good school district, just not as good as City A.

So I went on the county website and checked for the school district, it belongs to City A school district. BUT the property itself belongs to City B. I am confused about the address, why does Redfin, Zillow, or Google list the property as City A if it really belongs to City B?

Are there any other problems that may arise in the future? Let's say City B wants this property to be placed back into City B's school district? City B property prices aren't as high either(close), but still cheaper and this property is priced more towards City A because of the school district. Anything I should watch out for in this scenario? I have never encounter this before.

Thanks in advance!
