Best app for long-distant comms w/ contractors and inspectors

Hey all!

What is your favorite app for communicating with contractors and inspectors over long-distance? 
Ideally an app that records video, takes photos, allows your team to narrate and record their observations of the property, and have it easily accessible and organized for you all in one spot.

Wondering if there is something user-friendly out there that works across both Android and iOS?

I have an iPhone myself and love Voice Memos and shared Photo albums, but this won't work for my team members who have Android phones.
