Due Diligence Checklist?

My husband and I have been preparing for a couple of years (saving money) to do our first BRRR. We are now ready, and have a banker who will do our refinance when needed.

We are wanting to put together a checklist to go by when we are in the inspection period. 

More specifically, these are the types of things we want on the list... nearby predator check, neighborhood prone to sinkholes, crime stats, etc. 

I'm sure someone has a list like this. Do you know of one? I looked in the File Vault and didn't see one.
