Tucson real estate - what are the best neighborhoods? where to bu

Hi, I will be in Tucson for a week or so to have a feel of the city and look at properties to invest in. I was told that Tucson is great city that has good parts of town and bad parts of town next to each other. I would like to get your advice on where to look before I go. Thank you in advance!
