Airbnb for tiny homes

We have a "trendy" old part of town where homes are being updated and lean towards gen z buyers as they are turning 18 and going to college or whatever they do. There are also pockets of plots of land. Has anyone had experience building single "tiny homes" for the purpose of renting as an airbnb?

Pros/cons and advice welcome!
