Hi Alex - Let's connect! My wife and I bought a house in downtown CDA and are moving there in May timeframe. I currently have an investment business in Indianapolis building a long term hold portfolio as well as flipping houses. I'm hoping to grow my business in the Coeur d'Alene market.
