Auction.com - I'm the only bidder

So, I bid on this Auction.com property already and didn't win due to reserve not being met. I thought they might call me but no they went right to re-auctioning, which it is currently underway. On the first auction, it seemed that someone else entered the opening bid of 17.5k. This time, I made a proxy bid in advance at the opening bid price. I realize in retrospect it wasn't another buyer who made that first opening bid, it was the Bank. No actual buyer counterbid me the entire auction. Now it is listed again and interestingly, on the first go round, the beginning bid increments at the were 10k, now the increment is 5k, even at the beginning. I'm wondering what might signify, if anything. Despite no one else wanting it and the property interior not being in great shape (it has access), it's still on a great parcel and I would like to get it. I'm just wondering if anyone with direct experience with Auction.com or Hubzu has any insight into this scenario, or general insight on auctions?
