Any septic experts or opinions?

For the sounds of the inspection is my only option to upgrade to the time dose? I don't like the sound of not being able to replace the whole system if it goes bad.

@Dylan Delong

I own a property with a septic tank and would never ever buy another one.. unless it's my dream home in the country where I have no choice..

I'm not sure what the question is that you're asking. If there's only 50sq foot of absorption area, that sounds like a one bedroom house. Is this a property that you own or one you are considering purchasing? If you don't own it yet, I wouldn't recommend moving forward with the limitations on future septic work.

Regarding the 750 gal tank, there's literally millions of tanks that size in use as it was the standard size for decades.

We own a half dozen properties with septic systems (including our personal residence) and I'd have no qualms buying one but it sounds like this one has limitations.

That's where the problem lies, it's a 4 bedroom house. It was a deal I was looking at and this was the only thing holding me back. Sorry should have been more clear, I just needed a quick answer.
